Shipping and Returns
Éditions will not accept exchanges on products that were incorrectly ordered due to a change of mind.
Éditions will not accept cancellation or provide refunds if the order has been confirmed.
Éditions utilise both regular postal and DHL E-Commerce services to deliver your order within 10-12 working days for international orders and 3-5 working days within our distribution location in Australia. If you require additional tracking or signature on delivery, please get in contact prior to checkout at orders(at)editions-publishing.com.
Éditions will not accept any responsibility for late delivery.
For parcels that are delayed or missing, it is your responsibility to notify us as soon as possible.
All orders are packaged and handled with the upmost care using reinforced art grade tubes and cardboard for packaging and white glove handling of all products.
Should you receive a product that is damaged, please contact us immediately. We will require you to take a photo of the product and packaging of the damage and send it to us at orders(at)editions-publishing.com. Éditions will assess the item and if agreed that the product was damaged on arrival, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out. If Éditions decides that the product was not faulty or damaged on arrival, a exchange will not be given.
Éditions will not take responsibility of products that have been damaged or lost if they have not been attended to straight away. For this reason, it is important to choose the address of delivery correctly so you can receive your order promptly.
All pre-orders products will indicate an estimated time in which they will be shipped. If there are any changes to this estimated time for shipping, customers who have pre-ordered pa product/s will be notified with the updates.
Éditions will not exchange damaged goods for a cash refund.
